His communication was great from the first estimate, and even though the work is complete, Andrew doesn't hesitate to answer calls from us about how to take care of what he did.

I went through at least 4 lawn services/landscapers, some of them highly rated, and all they did was cut the lawn, but the weeds (90% weeds and 10% grass) were never addressed. Dissatisfied, I began looking for other contractors, and literally called 4 from Service Magic and through google search. They would initially call back the first time, but never followed up after that. Since I live in Collingswood, I don't know why I never noticed Warner landscaping, so after being sick of playing telephone tag (and they also never wrote back to me via email), I decided to call Andrew. Andrew called a few hours later, set up an appointment in 2 days. I was actually late to the appointment and he adjusted his schedule to mine. He spent 2 hours and 45 minutes going over everything, and instead of just addressing the poor state of my grass, we went over the basics of landscaping and I ... I was impressed as to how much time he spent with me. One highly rated sod company was going to put in a proposal without even looking at my lawn, and never did give me a proposal. I didn't want anything fancy (as that can cost upwards of 50k plus), I just wanted a green, well maintained easy to care for organic lawn, some nice healthy vegetation and to widen my driveway as I keep running over my grass (poor steering on my car), and removal of the weeds and dead trees. This appears to be basic, but Andrew, being a horticulturist, was able to distinguish the weeds/weed trees from good vegetation and therefore, can remove them, as well as a huge gigantic dead tree in front. My other landscapers did not address weed issues at all, never mind weed trees. Andrew emailed me the proposal in 32 hours and even though I didn't notice the horrible lawn area where my garbage cans are to the side of my house, he did, and put in river rocks for the proposal. I was pleasantly surprised as the proposal did come in what I would expect as reasonable. The immense weeding (apparently the weeds covered my service side walk AND hardscaping that was completely hidden) was about the same price as my prior landscaper, albeit the prior did NOT remove that much weeds as they continued to obscure those areas. I accepted immediately impressed with how much time and concern he gave me. Due to my self-diagnosed generalized anxiety disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder tendencies, I kept calling and emailing Andrew at least one time per day, and would talk to him in the morning (YES, he shows up every day and does a lot of the work himself), he would call back/email anywhere between 1 hour to end of my work hour that day! Andrew's crew was very polite and professional, cleaning after themselves after each work day and were very tidy and organized. They did an outstanding job and were efficient. Andrew programmed my irrigation system, and after two weeks, he will reprogram it depending on the lawn's and vegetation's needs. He will continue to assess and adjust the watering himself. I do nothing. Therefore, I have no worries at all which is worth every penny and more. Andrew then called me after the complete work was done to go over everything and to make sure that I was satisfied with everything. Fortunately, they do cut the grass a little over 3 inches tall to prevent browning every week (or every other week cutting if you prefer), and they come to the house every month to MANUALLY remove weeds, trimming, and so forth on a routine, organized basis. By keeping up with this maintenance program, there really is no need for pesticides, fungicides, chemical weed treatments. There really is no question that Warner landscaping is the company you should go to for all of your organic lawn/gardening needs. Andrew is a very honest gentleman and he has my business! "
